Two years ago we started the Annual Smith Family Health Fair in order to provide a new venue for community access to much needed health related resources. It was also a wonderful opportunity to highlight organizations and businesses in the community that were either overlooked or just starting out but had the passion and the commitment of making a difference and supporting others. This year the Smith Center is pleased to announce the return of our health fair with an expanded scope of services and resources. This year we have decided to make it a full expo complete with interactive activities, multiple vendors and awesome presenters. Our focus will be Mental Health, Physical Fitness, Financial Health, HIV Testing, STD awareness and prevention, Disabilities Awareness and Healthy Eating and Food Habits. And of course our admission is FREE!
When: Saturday, May 14, 2016
Where: Calvary Baptist Church – 8247 S. Jeffery Blvd
Time – 12-4pm (Vendors setup @11am)
There are still slots for Featured Presenters, Vendors and Sponsors. Our rates are very affordable and the cutoff date will be Friday, April 15, 2016.
