  • Founder /CEO of the Smith Center for Community Advancement, Andre C Russell (also known as Dre) initially dedicated the organization to the memory of his late grandmother Christine Smith and late Father, Derries L Smith and wanted The Smith Center to be a spark for a larger movement in the community. Dre believes in the potential of a stronger community by helping to stabilize and strengthening families and is very passionate about not just talking but actually doing something about becoming the change you want to see in the community.
